RSA acquires PassMark Security

RSA has simplified the decision process for Banks entering the two factor game, by now acquiring PassMark, for US $44.7 million. They had already acquired Cyota. This leaves Digital Envoy and their product suite. In addition, DE have their own problems in a lawsuit with Google.
