Being impendent required me to update my own tools, and here is my selection of tools.  My criteria are simple. 

• free, or at least very reasonable
• web based, and works in blackberry browser as well as Firefox
• dead simple and reliable

Interestingly, I feel much more flexible, effective, and organised with this set of tools, than having to be forced through Microsoft Outlook, Sharepoint, etc. that Enterprises have generally adopted. I was using most of the above before, but there was too much duplication, and separation between internal and external (networks) stuff.
