I loved Chris Larsen’s quote yesterday that both borrower and lender see the same rate. So simple, but somehow with that statement the penny dropped a little farther.
@William – Thats key … I use that all the time – spread is eliminated!
I agree 100% with Chris. Seing the same rate for both the consumer and the bank is key. Not only does it reduce spread but Transparency brings Trust.
