Want to organize one in Toronto?
Its on my radar … just a couple of things to get sorted out first, like …. launching 🙂 You will be one of the first I call !!
I think that after Seattle and New England, a BarCampBank Toronto would make a lot of sense. Not only from a geographic angle, but from the perspective of the vibrant community of innovators who want to change banking residing there.
Thom, Colin, can’t wait to see the success that a BarCampBankToronto would be.
Colin: I’d be in. Ron’s been on me to go to BarCampBankNE but it’s just not gonna work out this year.
I also know some others at a certain other Cdn Bank who would be in. Key will be getting enough interest from the tech community too to keep us old bankers fresh in our thinking. Maybe we could get Ron up to Toronto too …. and I’d love it if Frederic & others from France could make it, but thats asking a lot. He/ they have been strong proponents of BarCampBank since the beginning in Paris.
