I have been following Jim Bruene and the Online Banking Report for more years than probably either of us care to remember. 

The companies covered in the Q2 2013 report provide an interesting insight into where we are today.  Online Banking by original definition referred to Banks.  Well the Q2 report has zero banks.  Zero.
